As we run our business daily, we strive to make sure that the data we receive is:

- Appropriate, relevant and limited only to what is required
- Correct and up-to-date
- Owned only for the time it takes and no more than that
- Processed in a way that ensures their security
WHAT IS RGDP?
The General Data Protection Regulation or the RGDP, which will apply from May 25, 2018, creates consistent data protection rules across Europe. Applies to companies based in the European Union and to global companies that process personal data about people in the EU.
In conclusion, RGDP provides consumers with the right to access, rectification, automation of decisions and profiling, as well as the rights to erase, process restriction, data transferability and objection.
We welcome RGDP implementation with our arms, as it is an important step to allow and empower individual privacy rights.
Are there any changes that will affect my client?
Yes. In a conscientious effort to inform our customers about how we collect and use your information, and how you control how we do so, we update our terms and conditions of use of the site as well as our policy confidentiality.
Starting May 25, 2018, Pro Conect's business will be subject to the RGDP regulation.
As we seek to enhance the confidentiality of the data, we will ask you for the consent to receive marketing newsletters. These requests for approval can be found in our updated terms and conditions and also in our forthcoming communications.
